I heard the Lord say that His peoples hands will be heavt with either blessings or sin. When I asked “Why Lord?”. His reply was, “they are at the wrong plow”.
Then He shared with me about Elisha and Elijah and reminded me how Elisha boiled the oxen and burned the plow and how he fed the community with the meat. It was a sacrifice of acceptance in his calling from the Lord through Elijah. If Elisha had been at the wrong plow, Elijah would not have found him to throw his mantle over him. Today, there are those in the body of Christ who are at the wrong plow. Ones that don’t belong to them. They have put their hands on the wrong things, are in the wrong Ministries, are operating under the wrong pretenses and their hands are getting heavy with the weight of sin. Having your hand on someone else’s plow is sinful. It is taking ownership of something that God did not assign you to and it robs you of the blessings that God has lined up for you.
The covetness to own something or operate in something that is not yours, your assignment, or part of your calling is demonic. It breeds Jealousy and pride. It may start as something small or even seemingly innocent but when fully birthed, it brings forth the plans of the enemy against the original owner of the plow.
We in the body of Christ are not meant to sit at the enemy’s table and dine with him. Quite the opposite. We are called to flip his tables and dine with the King of Kings and the Lord of Lord’s!
Choose this day whom you will serve and remove your hands from a plow that does not belong to you.
