Reconciliation

I was sitting at my desk, I felt led to really pray that you were able to see things in your life differently and not as a reflection on who you are. While in our frustrations of people not showing up like they should, doing their tasks, like they should, and so forth, we often take… Continue reading

Seeking with all your heart

Jeremiah 29:13 says “You will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart.” What is it that you are seeking with all your heart these days? Is it more power and prestige within your sphere of influence? Is it more honor within your family or among your peers or coworkers? Maybe… Continue reading

Choice vs. Right

Today was not like a normal day. At least not for me. Maybe it was for you. Maybe for you, like many others, you woke up as you normally do. Completed your morning routines with sleep still lagging around you, that stuff in your eyes that you can barely get out until the hot shower… Continue reading

We have to shed our “grave clothes”

Often times when we go into recovery of any kind we go into it wearing what I call “grave clothes”. The clothes we are wearing when we enter jails, institutions, or in some cases the final phase…death. The clothes we wore in and out of the trap houses. The clothes we wear for days on… Continue reading

Gripped by Fear

Leaving Wal-Mart for the second time this week and all I see is fear, paranoia, lack of empathy, loneliness, and the weight of the world on every shoulder I try my best to follow the social distancing guidelines to stay away from. Funny, the first time I went for work for paint. This time I… Continue reading

About Me

Faythe is dedicated to spreading the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ while sharing her lived experience with others. She understands what it is like to live a life of darkness and to be chased down by the love of God. When Jesus captivated her heart, she was changed forever. For the last several years, Faythe has shared her testimony of God’s saving grace as a survivor of human trafficking, substance abuse, same-sex attraction, domestic violence, homelessness, and more. Faythe has learned over the years that our testimonies are the keys that unlock the prison doors and help set the captives free. She shares her lived experience and how Jesus saved her so that others can witness the power of His love. Faythe also shares encouragement and prophetic words from the Lord on this page to help God’s people turn from their own darkness to the light of Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.
