Giants Modus Operandi #22: They cause you to question if you really trust God to come through.
When you battle giants of lack, disappointment, discouragement, etc. often times they bring doubt along for the ride. Doubt causes us to question whether or not God will come through for us. Doubt causes us to question whether or not God sees us. Whether or not He is listening to us. It’s okay to ask… Continue reading

Giants Modus Operandi #21: They trick you into being more focused on what you don’t have.
Lack is something that is easily dismissed by some and obsessed over by others. It can infiltrate your whole being. It can rule your finances. It can create wedges in your relationships. In essence, it can rule your life…if you let it. For many years I struggled. Struggled to put food on the table, to… Continue reading

Giants Modus Operandi #20: They cause you to compare yourself to others.
Comparison is a trap that we can easily fall into if we aren’t careful. Scroll online for a few minutes and you will see ads about weight loss that show women who have six-pack abs, clear skin, beautiful hair, etc. Young girls today post more pictures online of themselves than ever before looking for loves… Continue reading

Giants Modus Operandi #19: They whisper half truths in your ears
In the garden satan revealed a strategy that is key to understanding how giants infiltrate our defenses. Genesis 3:1-2 “Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?”… Continue reading

Giants Modus Operandi #18: They dangle the proverbial fruit in front of you like Eve
The lust of the eyes and the pride of life can really mes us up! They take our focus off of Jesus and turn our hearts towards things that may seem gratifying in the moment, but are really damaging our souls. Not to mention our walk with God. We of course saw this with Eve in… Continue reading

Giants Modus Operandi #17: They cause you to be distracted so you can’t focus on your assignment(s).
Some people can be distractions in our lives. Like we saw in the last modus operandi, with Samson and Delilah, people can be used to keep us from accomplishing all that God has for us. We see it Nehemiah as well, when he was continually facing Sanballat and Tobiah. Today we don’t just deal with… Continue reading

The Deception behind Groundhog Day
On the morning of Feb. 5th (2023) when I came down to make breakfast the news was on. Low and behold it was showing the groundhog who for the last 20 years has, according to people, predicted whether or not there would be six more weeks of winter or an early spring. Immediately as I saw the… Continue reading

Soul Cleansing
I have spent some time this morning thinking about what our soul goes through when it needs to be cleansed as I was cleaning adhesive off a wall in my bedroom. The Holy Spirit started talking to me about how our souls carry so much gunk and grime that needs to be cleansed. This gunk… Continue reading

An Encounter with Love
I had the most beautiful encounter with Jesus this morning during worship and from a deep place of surrender. I was getting ready for my day and was opening curtains while I had worship playing and I just feel on my knees. On my knees crying out before the Father. I was crying out for… Continue reading

People Get Ready
The Holy Spirit brought me back to this word from 2023 and asked me to share it again. People get ready for my spirit to move says the Lord. In America right now there is a false Holy spirit that has been deceiving the church. That’s why you see a decrease in the gifts of… Continue reading
